- Fully-equipped kitchen: Cozy rustic kitchen has all you need to enjoy eating in. All your cooking necessities plus extras - Keurig, coffee maker, mugs, blender, cooking pots/pans, cookie sheets, muffin pan, cooking utensils, etc.

- Washer/Dryer: No need to find a place for laundry - this has a full-size washer and dryer, with a starter kit detergent for one load.
